Job Description:
As the Business Enablement Quality Assurance Lead, you will be part of a dynamic, global team, building and supporting business enablement capabilities, applications, technical infrastructure, and services to meet the business needs of our internal and external customers. Your primary focus would be building and leading the quality assurance and automation strategy and execution through test strategy, planning, test design, test execution and support.
You should have a passion for quality assurance and innovation and building high-quality, scalable applications while minimizing technical debt.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Salesforce and Business Enablement strategy and testing process across Salesforce environments and other business applications.
- Communicate testing status through quality dashboards and KPIs.
- Translate business requirements to test plans, test scenarios, test scripts and test automation to execute functional integration and end to end testing.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and enablement specialists to design, define, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Design, deliver and manage the creation of a regression test strategy, tools, process and automation utilized across functional, support and project teams.
- Understanding of technical requirements, user stories, detailed requirements and functional designs.
- Mentor others in quality assurance and testing technologies, tools, and processes.
- Lead test execution using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle.
- Partner with other functional and technology teams for test case work prioritization.

- Collaborate with key global stakeholders to ensure the test systems and test plans are aligned with the business goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Measure testing effectiveness with testing tools and automation while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Work across multiple projects efficiently and with timely execution.
- Grow testing practices beyond Salesforce to other business enablement applications.
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Equivalent Experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in software quality assurance and testing teams.
- 3+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications and projects
- 3+ years of experience using automation tools including but not limited to: AccelQ/Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/WebdriverIO
- Strong background with APIs and API testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce applications, configuration, and integrations
- Experience building Quality Assurance and testing dashboards and KPIs.
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Testing Software
- Ability to define testing cases and scenarios aligned to user stories and requirements.
- Experience with Performance Testing
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and building Testing.
- Experience building Testing Dashboards
- Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the role of Quality Assurance
- Deep understanding of agile engineering processes that support the entire software development life cycle, including TDD/BDD, CI/CD and related build/test/deploy processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience testing Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations preferred.
- Some quality training – Lean Sigma, CAP training, etc.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations with different business systems, basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, and their use in software development.
- Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
- Experience in communicating with analysts, developers, architects and other technical teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Awareness across all areas of IT to include, Applications, Infrastructure and Operations, and Information Security.
- Working knowledge of any programming language (Java/JavaScript/Python/C#) and support functional programming concepts.
- Experience leading testing phases and multiple initiatives while escalating issues and risks.
- Experience with agile development or scrum project management methodologies.
- Experience with agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of software engineering principles, key design patterns and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable, and well organized.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with audiences across multiple levels of an organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to establish and manage priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of data management concepts and architecture.
Pay Transparency
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Salary Range - $86,850 - $150,400
