Sales, Mobile C-Arms Zone Business Manager – Image-Guided Therapy (Midwest)

Job Description

Lead the Philips Mobile C-arm (MOS) business towards profitable growth. Serve as the lead for developing Mobile C-Arm sales strategy and execution in the territory while exceeding financial targets.

Your role:

  • Indirectly manage a team of MOS channel partner account manager reps to meet or exceed order volume and revenue targets, while optimizing business costs, in collaboration with channel partner principals.

  • Work with channel partner principals and channel partner MOS account managers (MOS AMs) to set and execute zone strategy

  • Manage pricing/discounting levels to optimize business results across targeted customer segments

  • Lead business forecasting process on a quarterly/monthly basis to ensure business predictability

  • Work with demo team leader to ensure demo specialists are being properly allocated to drive clinical acceptance and maximize business impact; help direct demo specialist time toward the highest value activities for zone business performance

  • Guide Inside Sales Account Managers to grow visibility within the zone

  • Actively participate in the daily management process of monitoring and driving MOS AM funnel, OIT, and revenue across the zone

  • Work with IGT Corporate Account Directors to facilitate fleet replacements and conversions

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of healthcare equipment sales and/or account management experience and 3+ years of sales leadership experience.

  • You have a Bachelors Degree

  • 60% travel required

  • Geographically located in the Midwest Zone

  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Salesforce.com

  • Experience working with a distributor-based sales organization is a plus

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $219,500 to $244,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the territory.
