We seek a highly skilled Software Quality Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various forms of software testing, strong proficiency in UI and API testing, and hands-on experience with Zephyr. The candidate should also possess a clear understanding of testing fundamentals and be capable of creating detailed test plans. Experience with AEM, WordPress, and website front-of-site (FOS) performance monitoring is required. An ISTQB Foundation Level Certification is preferred.

Shift Timing: 2 pm to 11 pm IST (Supporting US brands)

What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various forms of software testing, including but not limited to functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform UI and API testing to ensure the application meets business requirements and industry standards.
• Utilize Zephyr for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform testing and performance monitoring for websites built on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and WordPress.
• Conduct website front-of-site (FOS) performance monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in all forms of software testing.
• Excellent knowledge of UI and API testing.
• Experience with Zephyr or similar test management tools.
• Solid understanding of testing fundamentals and methodologies.
• Experience with AEM and WordPress.
• Proficiency in website front-of-site (FOS) performance monitoring.
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (preferred).
• Ability to create detailed and effective test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar testing frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write simple queries for testing purposes.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of AI concepts and their application in testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
