7-10 years of Account Management experience in rapid growth environments (SaaS experience preferred), At least 1 year of Enterprise or Key Accounts experience, Experience within events industry, Strong time management and organizational skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and implement customer-specific account plans
- Manage sales process for renewals/expansions
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Liaise between customer and internal teams
- Predictably forecast progress against KPIs
