Your missions

Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be a senior member of our Account Management team reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales and ultimately responsible for the growth and development of our largest and most strategic customers. You’ll use your communication, relationship management, sales, and strategic planning skills to take your accounts to the next level.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement customer-specific account plans supporting targeted growth
  • Effectively manage and execute the sales process for all renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and associated stakeholders
  • Liaise between customer and cross-functional internal teams to maximize mutual benefit
  • Predictably forecast progress against quarterly and annual KPIs (ARR)

 What you have:

  • 7-10 years of Account Management experience in rapid growth environments (SaaS experience preferred) and at least 1 year of Enterprise or Key Accounts experience
  • Must have experience within the events industry selling into Events or Marketing teams
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Pressure tested project management skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Executive level communication skills (oral/written)
  • Strong, cross-functional team collaboration capabilities 
  • Sales & Success tool experience (SFDC, Planhat,Gainsight, Zendesk, Notion)
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
