Your missions

IDEXX is passionate about creating opportunities for our employees, therefore we are seeking an IDEXXer to join our ANZ technical support team. In this role you will interact with current IDEXX customers using our range of In-clinic products including IDEXX Vetlab diagnostic suite and rapid assay devices by resolving product issues through effective troubleshooting, addressing product queries and liaising with our internal teams to ensure we provide an exceptional customer experience. This role is full-time with the occasional Saturday, and after-hours roster participation. This role has the benefit of true flexibility in either an on-site, hybrid or remote role in either Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria.

The successful candidate

  • You will be someone that is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will have had previous experience working in a customer contact environment.
  • You will have an aptitude to learn and impart technical product information.
  • You will have the ability to be self-motivated whilst working in a team environment.
  • You will have proven skills in workload prioritisation, problem solving, root cause analysis and time management.
  • You will understand the veterinary clinic environment &/or technical equipment support (although you will receive comprehensive training).
