Job Description

Project - the aim you'll have

As a ServiceNow specialist, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for one of our clients in Western Europe, which is involved in the provision of manage services for large corporations and government entities in the BENELUX area.

Position - how you'll contribute

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using various ServiceNow features and tools (Glide, UI Actions, Business Rules, etc.).
  • Implement best practices for code reusability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, developers, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and best practices.
  • Document work effectively and maintain thorough knowledge of existing system configurations.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

  • 3 years’ experience working as a developer in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
  • Organized and focused approach to work
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset.
  • Fluent English
