The Role
We are looking for a Senior People Partner who combines great generalist HR knowledge with a strong passion for learning & development to help us continue to build an exceptional employee experience at Depop. As well as operating as a strategic partner to senior leaders, the successful candidate will shape and deliver key people projects in areas such as Talent and Succession Planning and Organisation design and development.
This person will;
Play a key role in our People Partnering team supporting employees and managers across the entire company.
Keep employee experience at the forefront of how they work and communicate.
Support managers and employees at Depop, providing sound advice on generalist People topics
Work closely with the People Partnering Team and wider People Team to lead and support on projects that will shape employee experience at Depop as we continue to scale.
Be part of our People Strategy evolution, leading and driving our people projects to help us reach our goals.
Responsibilities
Build effective relationships with senior leaders and their teams, acting as a trusted People Partner to identify and achieve shared objectives, coaching, advising, and supporting them with their people plans and talent needs
Shape and deliver people strategy projects, including performance management, talent identification and succession, learning and development, org design, and employee engagement.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance HR processes and ways of working.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and professional development.
Analyse people metrics and risks adding further insight into the overall health of our teams and sharing trends or determining opportunities for focus
Lead our engagement survey rollout into functional areas and drive action plans.
Champion our values (known as the Depop DNA) and culture, being a role model for these.
Use people data (e.g. engagement survey, DEI data, performance data, attrition metrics or qualitative data) to proactively identify opportunities and problems.

Flexible Working
MyMode is our hybrid-working model, designed to empower our employees to choose a working mode that works for them. MyMode is composed of 3 working modes: Flex, Office Based and Remote.
● Flex: we'd love you to head to your nearest Depop office once a week, but feel free to work from home the rest of the week.
● Office: Want to head into the office more? No problem, you can opt to be "Office-Based", with your very own desk.
● Remote: depending on your role you can request to be a remote worker, and only head into the office 4 times per year.
