Senior Engineer

• Own the weekly “traffic light meeting” for your POD – reviewing project status for each client to ensure alignment.
• Work daily with the client strategy, media, and creative teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and properly handed over.
• Audit Asana projects and tasks to ensure compliance and timely completion.
• Ensure all necessary details are provided via a brief before work begins.
• Adjust timelines and tasks within Asana as needed to reflect business realities.
• Serve as the point of contact for the team when multiple units are assigned to the same project, ensuring team actions remain in synergy.
• Perform quality control on projects to ensure all standards are met.
• Ensure correct files and creative assets are attached to tasks and projects, and hand over final creative assets to the publishing/web development team.
• Ensure proper use of CORE20 tools and templates.
• Ensure correct use of language, naming conventions, and project names.
• Set up ad hoc meetings in Asana as needed to clarify issues or reach resolutions.
• Provide ongoing problem solving and team support to ensure project completion.
• Communicate with leadership to keep projects on time and aligned with goals.

• Expert in using Asana, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience and prior agency experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn various point-and-click online apps by following instructional videos.
• Must be able to clearly articulate thoughts and actions in English.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to adjust tasks and timelines as needed.
• High level of commitment to client satisfaction and team collaboration.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
