YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Professional Services Operations Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This person will act as the right hand to the Professional Services organization and act as a liaison to the Sales department as it relates to Services Sales Process. In this role, they will work closely to plan, develop, implement, and execute business processes and workflows, forecasting/utilization cadences, and monitoring compliance to the process. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a passion for operations while driving scalability, and the ability to deliver data-driven improvements in a fast-moving environment. A successful individual must be customer focused, business savvy, resourceful, and can deal with ambiguity while operating at scale.
Act as a Business Partner to the Professional Services leadership.
Engage with Professional Services Leadership to create processes and workflows across from opportunity to revenue recognition and project closure.
Own all data, metrics, reports, dashboards for the Professional Services team
Own Redwood’s Professional Services playbook and processes.
Drive alignment through processes, operations, systems, and data to maximize forecast quality, optimize attainment, and provide quality control in the end-to-end revenue cycle.
Accurately forecast Professional Services Revenue from bookings to recognition with close partnership with the finance team.
Track operational performance based on core metrics (Utilization, capacity, backlog, CSAT, etc), provide insights and recommendations.
Ensure data integrity of PSA Data.
Support the Professional Services organization to better understand their revenue, hou
Recommend and drive continuous improvement throughout the Professional Services processes
Build relationships with various departments.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience preferred.
5 -7 years of experience in Professional Services Operations or Finance role
Must have experience as a Professional Services business partner, or related function, with cross functional teams
Deep experience with Professional Services processes and data strategy.
Experience with Certinia/Financial Force a plus
Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
Ability to build relationships effectively across global teams.
Proactive and willingness to dig in with little direction.
Confidence in advocating for best practices
Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into management components, think through solutions, and communicate clearly to all departments/stakeholders.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
