Looking for a energetic, highly motivated team player to join the Services team responsible for designing, configuring, deploying and supporting Labware solutions.
Services Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Interface with customers to gather User Requirements
• Participate in Gap Fit
• Design, configuration, unit test, and deployment of Labware Products
• Design and implement interfaces with external applications.
• Implement instrument integration with the Labware products.
• Develop and maintain superior Labware product knowledge.
• Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team.
• Provide consistent OOB designs for clients and avoid excessive use of LIMS Basic.
• Be able to create and design blueprints for the conceptual system before any development or configuration begins.
• Be able to conduct code reviews of others against the Labware configuration guidelines.
Technical Skills:
• 5+ years’ experience designing, configuring, and deploying laboratory software solutions.
• Database knowledge (Oracle / SQL)
• Citrix knowledge
• Expert in LIMS Basic
• Expert in Crystal Reports
• Working knowledge of current web technologies
Additional Requirements and Soft Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
• Possess a familiarity with laboratory workflows.
• Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Positive attitude, ability to motivate customers and establish credibility.
• Be able to organize meetings, keep meetings in order, and define agendas for meeting with clear goals, actions and deliverables.
