Are you ready to revolutionize identity verification? Join Socure as a Head of Product leading the charge in redefining identity.
 

In this fast-paced role, you'll drive product strategy from conception to end-of-life, collaborating in a fast paced and highly fluid environment with engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders throughout the company to ideate, create, iteratively launch inclusive identity experiences and learn, before taking the market by storm. You’ll formulate long-term plans for cost/profit control, promote new technologies, and stay ahead of industry trends. You’ll develop and evaluate top talent to ensure efficient operation.

Role and Responsibilities
  • You will identify and drive 0 to 1 product development at scale, making complex ecosystems simple and enabling teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible

  • Define the OKRs and identify levers to drive the key metric for visualizing fraud and identifying 100% of real identities across the Socure network.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of data science, engineering, design, growth, and marketing. You'll guide product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for integrating account ownership and verifications into a knowledge graph.

  • You’ll showcase best practices for B2B SaaS clients to test and onboard products in a fraction of the time they thought was possible

  • Run quantitative and qualitative user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product direction

  • You’ll spearhead GTM for your product lines and set examples for others to follow

  • Identify and implement solutions for customer challenges, needs, expectations, and desires

  • Articulate complex subject matter in compelling easy-to-understand terms

  • Take ownership for the success of the team and the products within the suite

 
Required Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree, technical field preferred with 7-9 years of product management, growth and/or design experience.

  • Domain expertise: Recognized as a domain and product expert. Provides thought leadership on emerging technologies, customers, and opportunities.

  • Strategic planning: Responsible for multi-year vision, roadmap, and key objectives for a large product suite. Defines how products will evolve and work together over time based on key trends.

  • Team development: Actively coaches and mentors more junior product managers and leaders. Develops organizational design and hiring plans for product teams.

  • Executive presence: Represents the product line at a senior leadership level. Communicates vision and key priorities with credibility and influence.

  • Organizational leadership: Drives major changes to optimize innovation and product excellence across the organization. Defines new policies, tools, processes and cultural values.

Preferred Qualifications
  • You’ll be familiar with payment networks and build consortiums at scale integrating account information into knowledge graphs for internal and external users

  • You’ve served similar roles in hyper-growth organizations.
