Director of Product

In this highly strategic role, we are seeking an experienced individual who acts as an expert partner with leadership to establish the company’s product strategy. This person would critically analyze the market, build insightful thesis on our competitive position, assist sales efforts, engage with strategic clients, and build go-to-market content. They would cover all segments (i.e. strategic, enterprise, commercial) within the market as well as major geographies like NA and EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Experience driving quantitative and qualitative market analysis of investment management solutions in the Asset Management market to identify growth opportunities.

• Set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for success.

• Drive prioritization across multiple development teams, communication with internal stakeholders, user testing with customers, and the go-to-market plan with product marketing.

• Act as an evangelist of the platform, promoting new features to clients, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption through sales teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the enterprise SaaS space

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management

• Background in enterprise customer-facing situations, with a track record of landing deals and improving processes

• Experience building systems to capture and prioritize customer feedback at scale

• Ability to create an impact through product strategy that drives company performance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence C-level customers and partners

• Familiarity with Asset Management markets, competitive landscape, and the technology industry

• Executive presence and confidence in customer-facing situations

• Empathy-driven product leader with coaching skills to guide product managers in engaging with enterprise-sized customers

• Comfortable traveling based on business needs

Base salary: $240k - $300k
