The company is one of the leading providers of Dynamics 365 based solutions in the region, serving the CRM needs of some of the most prestigious organizations in 13 countries.

Working schedule: with night shifts as most of deployments are planned for nights.
Location:

Anywhere remote, Africa, India, Pakistan.

Role overview:

As Deployment Manager you will participate in all phases related to the rollouts - mobilization, pre-study, and realization. You will be working tightly with development teams making sure all releases are successfully planned and performed.

Skill Requirements:
  • Dynamics 365 (cloud and online) on a strong, confident level.
  • Technical knowledge of deployments not just on a CRM side, but also Azure Webapps, Azure API management rules etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair deployment issues.
  • Ability to work independently, planning the workflow accurately.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English level: excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Release planning, release note generation/checking.
  • Sending and communicating release notes, keeping track of changes.
  • Environment checking for the release, deployments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Provide customer support prior to, during, and after field deployments.
