Are you looking to break into Ed-Tech Sales? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing Sales team! Work with our Director of Sales and the Renaissance Marketing Team to secure meetings with inbound leads while uncovering new partnership opportunities through outbound prospecting for our Sales team to convert to paying customers.
You will be working with educators to demonstrate the value of our adaptive learning solutions by setting meetings with school and district decision makers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will learn the fundamentals of how to sell, pursue leads and prospect for new opportunities.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into public K12 Schools and Districts. You’ll learn how to identify, understand and research lists of schools and districts to target, and how to develop campaigns to generate new business opportunities, while collaborating within a team. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and committed individual who is goal-oriented, logical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the Sales organization - your ideas and innovation will help build a sales-minded organization!

Salary Range: $40,000-$52,000
This does not include variable compensation.
