Your missions

This unique role as a Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the Marketing Communications Manager in developing coordinated quarterly plans to support key sales objectives and market growth quarter-over-quarter. Through online and offline campaigns, this team will directly impact the company’s revenue goals.

Here's some of the other things to look forward to:
  • Daily interaction with various marketing teams (regional, global, and external agencies) in developing content and scheduling campaigns. Content may take the form of press releases, blog posts, emails, customer case studies, testimonials, web, and content for our social media pages.
  • Implement and optimize regional Hempel websites by planning and implementing digital content for website properties, landing pages and blog, including images and copy.
  • Support the planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of digital marketing communications programs, brand management and product launches.
  • Create multi-channel programs across outbound and inbound channels including email, content marketing, digital display advertising, search, social advertising, and PPC.
  • Develop and handle all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts.
  • Maintain and complete content calendar for North America Social Media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Support the execution of trade shows and events across the region.
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Handle internal regional promotional item and print stores, work with the sales team and third-party vendors to optimize processes and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

  • Works well under minimal supervision, using own initiative.
  • Team player, problem solver, analytical, and flexible approach.
  • Excellent (verbal and written) English language communication skills.
  • Enjoys operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
  • University graduate (BA/BS), ideally with a marketing, business administration or technical related degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience running campaigns, social media channels, websites and crafting content.
  • Understanding of web coding, CMS systems (preferably Sitecore 9) and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Exceptional skills with shown results in SEO, SEM and PPC.
  • Familiar with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Proficient in speaking, writing, and editing skills (both English and Spanish), with the ability to identify and articulate engaging and persuasive messages and content.
