The Procurement Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing the company's procurement activities, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting the procurement team with data-driven insights. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost savings, and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market trends.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure procurement goals are met.
Cost Management:
Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.
Assist in budget preparation and cost forecasting for procurement activities.
Supplier Management:
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual terms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Assist in supplier negotiations and contract renewals.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement activities.
Develop and update procurement policies and procedures as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and market conditions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
