Middle Quantative Researcher (MQ1)

About the Role:

At ATTO Trading, you'll build models, strategies, and systems for trading various financial instruments globally. This role blends trading and software development, involving data analysis, predictive modeling, and strategy development. You'll tackle some of the industry's toughest challenges and work with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in statistics, math, science, or another quantitative discipline.
• High level of proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas/Polars, Scikit-learn) programming.
• Experience with data visualization; data manipulation/data processing.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of basic Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience working in Linux environment (remote dev box).
• Knowledge and understanding of basic machine learning techniques.
• Close attention to detail, ability to work to very high standards, strong analytical skills, and critical mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and team skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with С++.
• Genuine interest in finance and trading.
• Knowledge of pricing of Financial Instruments (Stocks, ETFs, Futures, Options).
• Experience in working on quantitative trading strategies is a big plus.
