About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Inside Client Executive to join our team! The Inside Client Executive is the expert in 1Path contracts and services. In this role, the successful Inside Client Executive will work closely with their Technical Account Manager and Service Delivery Manager to manage a book of business and delight our clients. An Inside Client Executive at 1Path is passionate about solving challenging problems, has a thirst for building strong relationships with clients, and thrives driving long-term technology strategy to clients.  

 Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a book of business up to $1M of reoccurring revenue for contracted services while exceeding revenue targets for this book of business.  

  • Identify key challenges within the client’s business and provide projects to solve these challenges resulting in 1.4x multiple on the contracted MRR.  

  • Communicate regularly with 1Path clients via email, telephone, and in-person to ensure key needs are met.  

  • Effectively manage complex negotiations to drive the best mutual outcome for 1Path and our clients.  

  • Bring thoughtful information about the marketplace to 1Path’s leadership so that we may rapidly advance our go-to-market strategy.  

  • Facilitate quarterly ClienBusiness Reviews to drive thoughtful solutions to clients. This includes creating a clear roadmap from the defined current state to the client’s desired state.  

  • Maintain ownership of client’s core business purpose, needs, and IT budgets to ensure proactive elimination of challenges 

  • Work with 1Path internal service teams to ID opportunities for solving reoccurring problems within client’s technology environment  


Soft Skill Requirements
 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Highly organized and proficient in CRM SaaS platforms.  
  • Manages personal progress effectively and would be described as a “self-starter” by colleagues in previous roles.  
  • Avid learner who is in constant pursuit of more skills.  
  • Ability to lead from within and negotiate internally to achieve the desired outcome for deals.  
  • Demonstrates strong reasoning, problems solving, and critical thinking skills. 
  • Motivated to work within a team setting. 
  • Excitedly seeks opportunities to solve problems for clients 
 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 2-5 years demonstrated account-management and sales. 
  • 2-5 years selling Cloud, Security, or IT Managed Services to the mid-market.

  • Base salary estimated range between $70,000 to $90,000 annually plus commissions. The final base salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets and relevant experience.
