About the role:

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager who will drive our global inbound and outbound business development strategy and execution.

Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in running a high-volume/high-velocity sales environment with a focus on SMB and Mid-market clients. Strong leadership and coaching qualities are important in this role - ability to help SDRs become stars in a short period of time. We're looking for high-energy, impact-oriented professionals passionate about continuous improvement and hungry to hit performance targets. 

In addition, the Sales Development Manager will be a strong sales player with a great understanding of how to implement and ensure the execution of processes that allow the team and total pipeline numbers to scale rapidly. A track record of hitting inbound and outbound targets and SLAs is a strong plus. This role demands a strategic thinker who can ensure disciplined execution and consistent results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for inbound and outbound sales development.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of SDRs.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and improve team performance.
  • Ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Regularly monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, using dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
