What will you be doing?

At Allurion, our Business Development Managers are the architects of our sales strategy for Benelux, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to sustainable revenue. They are pivotal in fostering robust client relationships and meticulously managing sales pipelines to ensure both short-term wins and enduring success.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director in France, our Business Development Managers play a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration. They provide invaluable market intelligence to the Regional Sales Director, marketing, and product development teams, informing strategic decisions across sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.

What we're looking for in you:
  • Desirable: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, laying the groundwork for success.
  • Seasoned Sales Professional: Bring 3-5 years of experience in growing accounts and boosting productivity, ideally within a fast-growing company in medical device sales, particularly in bariatric and/or aesthetic medicine or related sectors, with a proven track record of results delivery.
  • Networking Maven: Cultivate an extensive network of contacts to foster growth-driving relationships.
  • Driven and Accountable: Demonstrate urgency and uphold high standards of accountability to ensure precise goal achievement.
  • Work Ethic Extraordinaire: Exhibit an exceptional work ethic as a strong individual contributor dedicated to surpassing sales targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Leverage experience in nurturing collaborative relationships to fuel success.
  • Location Preference: Ideally situated in Brussels the heart of Europe for optimal success.
  • Ready to Roam: Embrace a role requiring significant travel, approximately 75%, to seize opportunities and propel growth..
