The agency is currently seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist who excels in managing high-budget ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign management.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ad Campaign Management: Develop and manage robust ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, ensuring they align with client goals and audience targeting.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage a substantial monthly ad spend (minimum of $100k), ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive ad copy.

  • Strategic Planning: Devise and implement comprehensive ad strategies that effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.

  • Performance Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting, and placement to improve campaign performance.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand the core audience and create high-converting funnels. 

  • Attribution and ROI Analysis: Implement and manage attribution models to accurately measure the impact of ad campaigns on overall client objectives.
