Program Operations Manager - Corporate Marketing (Contract)

Position Overview: 

The Program Operations Manager - Corporate Marketing will be working closely with the VP of Corporate Marketing on various projects related to events, campaigns and team operations. This role involves managing specific marketing projects, obtaining necessary approvals, tracking budgets, coordinating communication, and ensuring team alignment to achieve strategic marketing objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Project Management:

•    Lead project management efforts for specific marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 
•    Create and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and manage deliverables for various projects for the Corp Marketing team. 
•    Facilitate regular project status meetings and ensure effective communication among project team members. 

2. Approval Process Management:

•    Develop and manage a streamlined process for obtaining necessary approvals for marketing materials and campaigns. 
•    Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure timely approvals. 

3. Budget Tracking and Financial Management:

•    Track and manage the budget for specific marketing campaigns and support overall Corp Marketing budget management. 
•    Monitor expenditures, forecast budget needs, and report on financial performance. 

4. Stakeholder Coordination and Communication:

•    Coordinate regular calls and meetings with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress. 
•    Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed of campaign status and any changes. 

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

•    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 
•    Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance 

6. Various support related to team efficiency and operations

• QBR organization & presentations 
• Workback plans for various initiatives 

Qualifications: 

Experience: 

•   Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and campaign execution. 
•   Proven track record of managing complex marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams. 

Skills: 

•   Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). 
•   Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint expert) 
•   Budget management and MS Excel skills 
•   Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
•   Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 
•   Curiosity and willingness to learn and adjust support as needed
