Email Marketing Specialist

Description

Our client, a Telehealth startup specializing in menopause care for women over 40 is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator.

What you’ll be doing

• Ideating and creating engaging email marketing content, including planning, content creation, and execution via drag-and-drop tools
• Assisting CRM Manager with customer segmentation based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to different audience cohorts.
• Assisting CRM Manager with A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Generating reports and campaign analyses to review and optimize.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an Email Marketing Specialist/Coordinator or similar role in digital marketing.
• Experience in creating, executing, and sending email campaigns
• Strong mastery of copy editing in English
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, prioritizing continuous improvement and optimization.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Passionate about learning and making a difference in women’s health, and eager to explore marketing opportunities while contributing to the team.
• Excellent language and editing skills.
• Experience with Braze and/or Figma is a plus

Benefits

Salary Range: $1000 - $2500 USD + 13 month salary

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, US Time Zones

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
