About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, technical and client centric person to report to the Director of Life and Health and work alongside the EMEA  Business Development Team”

As a Senior Technical Solutions Lead, you will engage with prospective clients to identify their business objectives and technical needs. You will craft high-quality proposals that clearly demonstrate how our solutions meet these requirements”

The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional ready to step up into a senior position. You must possess a robust background in insurance software, particularly with policy administration systems for life or health insurance, or both. In addition to technical expertise, you must demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

This role isUK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of innovative solutions tailored to life and health insurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Work closely with sales and therefore external client prospects to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3 plus years’ experience working with insurance software, specifically within life and/or health insurance policy administration systems.
  • Expertise in software development, system architecture, and integration, with a strong understanding of the technical nuances of insurance policy administration platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritise, and drive strategic initiatives within a technical framework.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying and solving complex technical challenges in the insurance software domain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business goals.
