Are you passionate about the iGaming industry and adept at building strong relationships? Our client is seeking a dynamic Sr Affiliate Manager with a proven track record to join our team. As the Sr Affiliate Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with our affiliate partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of a similar role, at least 3 years. iGaming background is a must
  • Strong customer experience and product vision
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Casino industry and major competitors
  • You can effectively manage and own project timelines and client expectations
  • You enjoy speaking with our clients and replying to inbound messages and emails from prospective affiliates
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • You’re perfectly fluent in English, and you ensure the quality of the work before sending it out
  • Able to multitask and meet key deadlines and targets
  • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Highly enthusiastic and motivated
  • Demonstrate a can-do approach both mentality and in attitude
  • Experience working with affiliate dashboards and tools

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and onboarding affiliates, analyzing & tracking performance, managing commissions and payments, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive relationships with affiliates
  • Finding new affiliate partners across all channels
  • Negotiating the best deals for the company and meeting the needs of affiliates
  • Preparing detailed reports of affiliate traffic and analyzing them to maximize results
  • Making sure all affiliate payment details are correct and claiming invoices when needed
  • Finding ways to expand affiliates' portfolios globally and increase the volumes of the affiliate traffic
  • Meeting pre-set volume targets for the month according to the company’s needs and goals
  • Building relationships and maximizing performance from existing affiliates
  • Negotiation of deals, promotions and incentives with affiliates
  • Identify key affiliates and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure and increase revenue
  • Planning and specifying new affiliate marketing strategies
  • Management of high-scale budgets on a daily basis
  • Ownership of affiliate technical, commercial and operational issues
  • Providing high level reporting and commentary on the weekly performance of casino brand
