Roles and Responsibility

お客さまとコンサルタント/経営陣と現場をつなぐ架け橋となる【営業職】

【具体的には】

当社の営業職は、みなさんが想像する営業のイメージとは少々異なるかもしれません。

お客さまとノースサンドをつなぐ架け橋として、3つの役割があります。

対クライアント

『プロジェクトの陰の立役者』

お客さまの悩みを引き出し、最適なコンサルティングチームを組成。

コンサルタントと連携してプロジェクトの進行管理・ディレクションを行います。

例えば

・新規顧客開拓営業

・既存顧客との関係構築

・契約書類の作成、手続き

・プロジェクト終了後の評価/ヒアリング など

対コンサルタント

『時によき相談相手、時に頼れるリーダー』

担当プロジェクトの責任者として、コンサルタントに依頼をしたり、

彼らが働きがいをもって働けるようにキャリア形成のアドバイスをします。

例えば

・各コンサルタントのプロジェクトチームへのアサイン

・職場における課題改善

・キャリア育成のサポート業務

・各プロジェクトチームのマネジメント など

    You'll be the bridge connecting clients with consultants/management, working in our sales position.

    Client-facing:

    "Behind-the-scenes protagonist of projects"

    You'll draw out clients' concerns and assemble the optimal consulting team. Collaborating with consultants, you'll manage and direct project progress.

    For instance:

    • New client acquisition
    • Building relationships with existing clients
    • Drafting contracts and handling procedures
    • Evaluation/hearing post-project completion, etc.
    Consultant-facing:

    "Sometimes a good confidant, sometimes a dependable leader"

    As the responsible person for assigned projects, you'll make requests to consultants and offer career guidance to ensure their job satisfaction.

    For example:

    • Assigning consultants to project teams
    • Improving workplace issues
    • Supporting career development
    • Managing various project teams, etc.
Minimum Requirements
  • 営業経験3年以上

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Tokyo, Chuo-ku, Ginza

This is either the head office or the clients office. (For consultant position)

Depending on the client, remote work options may be available. About 90% of our consultants are currently working remotely.

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY ・Includes 40 hours of overtime (additional overtime will be paid separately)

The decision will be made considering experience, skills, and age. Incentives will be provided based on performance.

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00

Average overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours. In the case of being seconded, the working hours will be in accordance with those of the secondment destination.
