  • 採用計画/採用戦略の立案
  • 選考(カジュアル面談/採用面接など)
  • 採用イベント設計/実行
  • 人材紹介会社とのリレーション構築
  • 経営戦略を鑑みた採用計画の策定と実行推進
  • 各種コミュニケーションを通じた課題抽出と改善に向けた推進
  • 理念浸透のための各種施策検討と実行
  • 人事評価制度の運用及び会社規模に合わせた適切な再編成
  • 社員育成に関する各種研修計画と実行
  • サーベイによるアセスメント及び分析結果に基づく戦略強化施策立案及び実行
  • 社内コミュニケーション活性化推進

    You will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks primarily focused on recruitment.

    Specifically:

    • Planning and strategizing recruitment plans/strategies
    • Selection processes (casual interviews/recruitment interviews, etc.)
    • Designing and executing recruitment events
    • Building relationships with recruitment agencies
    • Formulating and executing recruitment plans in line with business strategies
    • Identifying and promoting improvements through various communications
    • Planning and executing various initiatives for the dissemination of company values
    • Operating the personnel evaluation system and appropriately restructuring according to company size
    • Planning and executing various training programs related to employee development
    • Formulating and executing strategic strengthening measures based on survey assessments and analysis results
    • Promoting active internal communication

    Any 'proposals' are highly welcomed.

Minimum Requirements
  • 社会人経験2年以上
  • 人事としての採用業務経験(2年以上)もしくは人材紹介会社での採用に関わる業務経験(営業・カウンセラー/2年以上)
  • リクルーターとして会社を支えたいという強い気持ち

    • 2 or more years of experience in recruitment as a HR professional or in a role related to recruitment at a staffing agency (sales/counselor, etc.)
    • Strong desire to support the company as a recruiter

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Tokyo, Chuo-ku, Ginza

This is either the head office or the clients' office. (For consultant position)

Depending on the client, remote work options may be available. About 90% of our consultants are currently working remotely.

Annual Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY ・Includes 40 hours of overtime (additional overtime will be paid separately)

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00

Average overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours. In the case of being seconded, the working hours will be in accordance with those of the secondment destination.
