Remote: 4pm-12am SA time

As a Customer Support you will be responsible for reaching out to customers who have purchased furniture through Walmart. Your primary goal is to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service, preempting any issues before customers feel the need to contact Walmart directly. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions to resolve any potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the furniture industry or with returns.
• A proactive approach to customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the furniture industry or handling product returns.
• Familiarity with Walmarts sales and customer service processes.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level, sophisticated customer service.
• Own laptop, stable Wi-Fi and backup power.
