Your missions

NOTE: This job is expected to be a remote role working with, NA East Coast time zone working hours

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll help our customers succeed with Lurkit.
As a Campaign Manager, you'll help our clients to ensure they get the results they aim for with their paid campaigns.


Role Description CSM:

  • Be a pro of the platform.
  • You need to become the go-to person for any “how-to” questions.
  • Onboard new clients to the platform.
  • Provide extra support to certain clients, addressing their weekly needs within the platform.
  • Work proactively with clients.
  • Create presentations and then hold meetings with clients where you present a plan of what they should do to get the most out of the platform.
  • Support the Sales team in meetings with clients, help create mock accounts to show off the platform in the best way, and more.

Role Description Campaign manager:

  • Work closely with the Key account managers on paid campaigns
  • Prospect potential creators
  • Create plans for how to execute campaigns in the best possible way.
  • Handle communication between the client and the “influencer/content creator agencies” we have relationships with.


Key Qualifications

Hard skills:

  • Deep knowledge of gaming and the content creator industry
  • Experience with communication channels like Discord and Slack.
  • Fluent in English.

Soft skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative thought process.
  • Excellent team-working skills.
  • Great at multitasking.
  • Be a part of creating structure.

Merits:

  • Previous experience with influencer marketing/campaign management
  • Proficient in other languages that are big within content creation (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc).
  • Previous experience at a SaaS company. Especially gaming-related.
  • Passion for all things gaming.
  • Previous experience in the development/publishing of games.
  • Experience working with a CRM like HubSpot.
