Your missions

  • Join building contracting and construction consulting services to support new developments, body corporates, commercial builders, and residential builders.
  • The candidate is required to utilize their personal equipment for this position.
  • The ideal candidate’s workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Manila time, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary: PHP 60,000 - 75,000/month

About the Role

You will work directly with an Australian Director and will be crucial in managing contracts, preparing accurate estimates for projects, and ensuring smooth execution. This role requires high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:  

Contract Administration:
  • Handle and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Keep detailed records of all contracts and documents.
  • Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms.
  • Aid in negotiating contract terms with stakeholders.
Estimating:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.
  • Analyze project plans to determine resource needs and timelines.
  • Maintain a cost and supplier database for precise estimating.
  • Collaborate with team members to align estimates with project goals.
  • Update estimates as project details change.
Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and scheduling for timely project delivery.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and teams to manage expectations.
  • Monitor budgets to meet financial targets.
  • Provide updates on project status and financial performance.

Position Prerequisite:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management/administration and cost estimation for a construction company. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Australian Construction company. 
  • Proficient in any contract administration and costing software. Preferably in Cubit or premier construction software. 
  • Can work well with a small team and with experience in process improvement.
