Job Description

Join a dynamic and fast-paced security company as an After Hours Virtual Assistant. In this critical role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients during evening and overnight hours, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, coordinate security guard assignments, and provide exceptional customer service, playing a vital role in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage inbound phone calls and inquiries from clients after regular business hours
  • Expertly assign and schedule security guards to cover client sites as needed, ensuring seamless coverage
  • Adeptly handle administrative tasks, such as sending emails and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during evening and overnight shifts, providing exceptional customer service
