Your missions

Description

We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Manager to join our Professional Services team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients are able to adopt and benefit from the aspects of the AgencyBloc suite that require additional support. Working closely with Professional Services Specialists, you will create and manage project plans that enable clients to quickly see value in the products and services that they have purchased.


Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead implementation projects for new clients, and existing clients who purchase additional features, including project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.
  • Drive the successful adoption and utilization of applicable AgencyBloc features based on client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal functional experts to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, addressing any questions or concerns and providing updates on project status.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and clients to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success, escalating issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and communication materials as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Skills/Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or closely related field desired and three to five years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with clients in a project management or client experience role.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects of varying complexity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working with technology and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a fast paced entrepreneurial team environment.
