The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for someone who is really passionate about the work of the Global Digital Hub as well as his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organisation. In this role you will be working with key stakeholders who have a direct impact on our growth and future.

The Network Lead role will partner with GPS to provide fast, reliable and end-to-end solutions through RSS, while staying closely connected and collaborating with experts from their own and other chapters. The Network Leads may represent the Digital Hub globally, be a strategic partner to the Global Digital Hub chapter Leads as well as for our main stakeholders. In this position you will be focusing on:

  • Acting as the Strategic Partner/Key Account Manager to the Business Partners of Global Digital Hub by developing and managing strong partnerships in order to ensure an ongoing evolution of trust, co-creation and fulfilment of their needs

  • Ensuring full ownership of incoming requests, prioritisation and solution
    implementation with a connected and caring approach

  • Facilitate business development discussions, build business cases and manage
    all the related tasks and responsibilities

  • Translating and prioritising the business strategy and needs into actionable items
    for the chapters of the Global Digital Hub

  • Lead the Onboarding processes and support the New Joiner’s experience journey.

Who you are:

  • You have 7+ years of strong knowledge of marketing and/or digital strategy, techniques, effectiveness, tools and functional competencies relevant to the role.

  • You have experience in developing effective strategies and action plans.

  • Strong leadership potential and demonstrated success in change management are critical.

  • You have demonstrated ability to understand and value business needs in order to provide service related consultation and solutions.

  • You are able to influence and work with key stakeholders to partner in achieving our strategy.

  • You have proven track record of being able to deliver in a matrix organisation.
