What will you do?

  • Mentors and develops all employees for future career growth.
  • Supervises the activities of assigned employees, manages workload and conducts performance reviews.
  • Manages meetings with clients on-site or off-site.
  • Support the sales force by participating in client meetings as a subject matter expert on our custom service solutions.
  • Measures and reports on all staffing, metric, budgeting needs for department.
  • Provides strategic vision to the client relations staff.
  • Escalates issues which arise to other department managers at ARI.
  • Ensures that all negative service trends are identified and rectified.
  • Works with Client Relations Performance Excellence to identify efficiency opportunities and enhanced process flow, striving for continual improvement.
  • Oversee & support the daily operations of the regional office to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree required or 3-5 years direct client service experience, preferably in the fleet industry
  • Prior leadership experience and high commitment to employee development.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of employees and customers.
  • Customer service and customer retention skills required.
  • Persuasive skills and the ability to think critically and strategically required.
  • Must have the ability to solve problems, multi-task and manage time.
  • Fleet Management/Leasing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Call center technology and experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% preferred.
  • Language Requirements
  • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French)

Working Conditions:

The applicant is expected to work eight-hour days, Monday through Friday with some overtime. Subject to change, Holman currently offers the option to work from home 2 days per

week (Mondays and Fridays)

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe Excellence du rendement des relations avec la clientèle pour cerner les opportunités d’efficacité et d’amélioration des processus, en vue d’une amélioration continue.
  • -Superviser et soutenir les activités quotidiennes du bureau régional afin d’assurer un environnement de travail harmonieux et efficace.


Ce que nous recherchons:

  • BAC ou 3 à 5 ans d’expérience directe en service à la clientèle, de préférence dans le secteur du parc automobile
  • Expérience préalable en leadership et grand engagement envers le perfectionnement des employés.
  • Capacité à communiquer et à présenter efficacement à tous les niveaux avec des employés et des clients.
  • Compétences requises en matière de service à la clientèle et de fidélisation de la clientèle.
  • Capacité de persuasion et capacité de penser de façon critique et stratégique.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à gérer son temps.
  • Expérience souhaitable en gestion de parc automobile et location.
  • Connaissance des applications Microsoft Office requise.
  • Technologie et expérience d’un centre d’appels sont un atout.
  • De préférence, disponibilité à voyager jusqu’à 25 %.

Exigences linguistiques:

Maîtrise des deux langues officielles (anglais et français)

Conditions de travail:

Le candidat doit travailler huit heures par jour, du lundi au vendredi, avec des heures supplémentaires à l’occasion. Holman offre actuellement la possibilité de travailler de la maison 2 jours par semaine (lundi et vendredi), sujet à changement.
