Your missions

This is a remote position.

Job Overview: 
As an Assessor, your primary role is to assess and evaluate learners' submissions in adherence to the institute's policies, procedures, and the Standards for RTOs. Your responsibilities encompass ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while maintaining high standards in program delivery and assessment.

Job Description: 

-Thoroughly review and assess learners' submissions to determine their comprehension and competence based on specified criteria and standards.
-Ensure all assessment processes strictly adhere to contractual and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and credibility of educational programs offered by the institute.
-Maintain accurate records of assessments and evaluations, ensuring completeness and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory frameworks.
-Provide constructive feedback to learners, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement to support their learning journey effectively.
-Participate in quality assurance activities to improve assessment practices continuously and uphold the institute's educational standards.
-Stay updated with industry trends, assessment methodologies, and regulatory changes through ongoing professional development activities.


Requirements
-Excellent organizational, compliance and communication skills to ensure smooth processes.
-Professional aptitude in dealing with a wide range of diverse learners.
-Good Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, Zoom and Digital teaching and learning software and communication tools Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance Specification and documentation database management
-Modifying existing courses and processes and developing new ones Addressing issues of safety and quality
-Carrying out process support Respond appropriately to all learner feedback.
-Assist with audits. (Moderation / Validation)
-Strong relationship building skills.
-Engaging personality Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Persistent approach to time management
