Your missions

What success looks like in this role:

  • Serves as a Client Executive for clients in a defined business market.
  • Leverages experience and expertise to manage client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Becomes a trusted advisor for client business leaders, key functional representatives and other stakeholders.
  • Develops a foundation for client interactions by forming collaborative and productive relationships with key decision makers.
  • Establishes a strategic account plan that grows wallet share by identifying and winning whitespace opportunities with significant financial and operational impact.
  • Conducts client satisfaction surveys/discussions and develops action plans to address client issues and concerns.
  • Maintains and updates internal reporting and forecasting information for assigned accounts, escalating financial and other issues to leadership.
  • Works with clients to ensure payment and resolve associated concerns and issues.
  • Manages and achieves the operating plan and related revenue, TCV, and margin performance expectations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with 6 years of progressive sales experience within the State & Local technology space.
  • Possesses strong sales skills, knowledge and experience in consultative/solution selling methodology. 
  • Advanced knowledge of the marketplace, competition, industry segment and suppliers to leverage the Unisys value proposition.
  • Possesses C-level contacts and relationships.
  • Understands business drivers within the IT and Managed Services Industry.
