Your missions

Remote Technology Recruiter - Temp to Perm
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Remote, anywhere in the US

Description: We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to create effective strategies and processes to identify, source, assess, and recommend the most qualified technology talent for our company. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting multiple pipelines in our technology organization including Architects, Java Developers, Data Science Engineers, and DevOps Engineers .

Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the recruitment strategy for your business areas.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
  • Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s).
  • Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Screen and ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description.
  • Interview candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc. to assess their qualifications.
  • Assess recruiting data to define even better ways to fill open roles.
  • Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
  • Participate in recruiting events as needed.
