We are seeking a highly skilled and USA certified Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing with a focus on neurology, speech-language pathology, psychiatry, and psychotherapy. This is a remote position requiring 8 hours of work per day, Monday-Friday, on New York (ET) timezone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create invoices based on filing codes assigned to medical procedures.
• Submit claims to insurance companies electronically and via mail.
• Send invoices to patients for remaining balances after insurance payouts.
• Communicate with insurance company representatives to track payments and confirm patient coverage information.
• Investigate denied claims and outstanding patient invoices to ensure the provider receives payment.
• Manage patient payments and update information over the phone and in person.
• Balance sent claims and payments received to record the provider's monthly and quarterly earnings accurately.

Requirements:

• Must be a USA certified medical biller.
• ID Proof of 80+.
• 3+ years of billing experience.
• Nice to have if you have Medicare billing experience.
