Job Description

Twoje obowiązki:

  • Przegląd zaległych rachunków klientów w celu podjęcia najlepszej decyzji o pokryciu zadłużenia
  • Kontaktowanie się z klientami (połączenia przychodzące i wychodzące, e-maile) w celu rozliczenia płatności i wyjaśnienia przyczyny zaległego salda, aby uniknąć opóźnień w płatnościach w przyszłości
  • Wykazywanie podejścia zorientowanego na klienta, aby zapewnić doskonałą obsługę klienta
  • Wspieranie zadań offline w celu utrzymania prawidłowego przepływu pracy
  • Wykazywanie się proaktywnym podejściem do codziennych zadań w zakresie usprawniania procesów

Wymagania:

  • Doskonała komunikacja w mowie i piśmie w języku polskim i angielskim
  • Gotowość do pracy w godzinach 9-17 lub 10-18
  • Zaangażowanie w wysoką jakość obsługi klienta
  • Umiejętność obsługi trudnych połączeń z klientami
  • Pozytywne nastawienie do klientów, współpracowników, zmian i wyzwań
  • Dokładność i autonomia w działaniu
  • Dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność ustalania priorytetów
  • Dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Office)
  • Doświadczenie w windykacji lub call center będzie dodatkowym atutem
