Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently utilize analytic tools and programming languages to handle complex tasks and situations
- Create and maintain custom data tables
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks and projects effectively with minimal support
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to transform them into useful information
- Research, assess, and explore data for quality and accuracy
- Prepare and maintain reports from single or multiple data sources as requested and based on business needs
- Maintain deep knowledge of the organization's data and practices to provide valuable recommendations, continuously sharpen skills, and positively impact organizational success
- Analyze data trends and communicate findings to leadership or stakeholders in a clear and relatable manner
- Continuously improve data collection processes, adapting to changing needs and prioritizing accordingly
- Function in accordance with Operational Guidelines and professional code of ethics
- Participate in staff development activities, meetings, and self-evaluation processes as required
- Assist with data collection, program evaluation, grant applications, contract maintenance, and other special functions as assigned
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years applicable experience in Revenue Cycle operations in data management and call metric analysis
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Crystal or similar business analytic programs
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to perform tasks independently or with minimal support, and to problem-solve basic to complicated issues
- Excellent technical writing skills in relevant areas, including queries, reports, visualizations, and dashboards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to follow directions and accept supervision
- Clear and direct communication skills about technical subjects, as well as presentation skills
- Moderate understanding of data and analytics, and the ability to turn both into useful information
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions and documents
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- Ability to identify data patterns and inconsistencies
- Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to work in a highly independent, fast-paced environment, closely collaborating with all organizational levels to gather requirements and provide status updates
