We are looking for a results-driven senior digital paid media marketer to own the strategy and execution for all of our digital paid media programs and channels. You’ll own our top contributing channels for inbound pipe generation and revenue, and have the opportunity to define the strategy needed to hit our next phase of growth. This role sits on the growth marketing team, working closely with our brand, content, PMM, finance & analytics teams. We are looking for someone who can tell a story with numbers, balance short & long term goals, get creative, and loves to experiment. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Define our paid advertising strategy and execution across all paid digital channels: SEM (google & bing), paid social, review channels, youtube, display, etc. 

  • Manage and partner with contractors to execute and optimize SEM and paid social channels.

  • Optimize existing channels, implement testing best practices, expand geos & experiment with new channels & audiences to increase traffic, drive leads, and maximize ROI.

  • Partner closely with Brand team to consistently uplevel and test new creative, building out a best-in-class process and feedback loop.

  • Hold quarterly & yearly QBRs to share out learnings & results.

  • Partner closely with Analytics, Marketing Ops, & Finance partners for reporting and forecasting.

  • Support ABM programs with paid ads strategy and execution.

  • Manage paid media budget and optimize to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams across growth, PMM, Events to support integrated campaign motion.

Qualifications 

  • 5+  years experience directly managing paid marketing channels: Google Ads and LinkedIn 

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing experience 

  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau preferred 

  • Excellent analytical skills

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
