Experience with professional services administration and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Smartsheet)
Strong skills on core office efficiency tools (e.g. GSuite, MS Office, Sharepoint, Atlassian Confluence.
Conga CPQ and Salesforce implementation. Prior experience as a Business Analyst
PMP/ Prince/ Scrum certified - Experience in delivering projects in agile & waterfall
Exceptional Team Management - Conflict Management
Moderate calls with key stakeholders - Understands business process and able to communicate the business language.
Process knowledge in Lead - Revenue management
Exceptional communication skills - Program reporting and risk mitigation
Collaborate with Solutions, Business Analysts, DevOps and effectively distribute work
Deliverables tracking - SFDC & Conga Certifications
Professional presentation skills with experience of regularly presenting a variety of different audiences including those at a C-suite level.
