Zoom Video Communications Inc. is seeking a Supervisor of Technical Project Engineering for the Professional Services Delivery team. He/She will be responsible for the team’s mission of implementing Zoom technologies for our customers whether on-site or remotely.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a team of Technical Project Engineers that conduct Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone deployments as well as other Zoom cross platform products.
  • Define technical implementation best practices and work closely with parallel teams to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Coach and train TPEs  on cross platform technologies to build a well-rounded implementation team.
  • Provide recommendations to project designs, and proposed solutions.
  • Help resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
  • Facilitate consistency with Company compliance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Drive the Zoom Vision

Minimum qualifications
  • Lead by example and influence, always from the front
  • Work effectively across multiple leaders and departments
  • SaaS Collaboration implementation experience i.e. web conferencing, cloud video/voice
  • Requires a  Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or its equivalent and at least 10+ years of experience designing and implementing UCaaS/Cloud Voice/Video solutions.  Leading a previous technical engineering organization is a plus.
  • Ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes
  • Thorough industry competitive knowledge including solution, technology and product offerings
  • Must be able to handle multiple concurrent work streams
  • Ability to be effective in an environment of rapid change and complexity
  • Proven leadership skills, business acumen, and performance driven
