Job description

We are hiring another business development Executive to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify Project Sales (IT Services) opportunities for United States, Canada & UK region and India, and use market intelligence to pre-empt competition in target accounts.
  • Generate leads and arrange meetings for on-site sales teams through multi-channel contact (telephone, email, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Field sales team.
  • Develop a sales strategy with a target prospect list.
  • From the start and throughout the sales cycle, you will drive the sales process with a prospect or customer.
  • Staying attached during the delivery of services or project implementation. Managing client relations throughout the entire engagement and afterwards Being a trusted advisor to the client by understanding and addressing their needs and problems.
  • Achieving your monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Should achieve the assigned targets and help building the sales pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the sales cycle, Cold-calling suspects, and probe them with qualifying questions.
  • Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Should be able to give presentation and demo, if required.
  • Determined, results driven professional with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Team player with good Interpersonal skills.
  • Develop a market from scratch and would love to build career in sales.
  • Responsible for other allied works as assigned from time to time by your reporting authority.
  • Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relations through account management and developing new customers.
  • Expand market share: Expand our market share in the North American region and other overseas geographies.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries: Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and development to negotiations, closing, and renewing.
  • Maintain sales CRM: At Technothinksup, we measure progress by metrics. This is how we make investments and drive our business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Tech with MBA Marketing preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • You have experience in selling mobile app and website solutions to clients and companies in North America.
  • You have a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst managing small and large enterprise accounts.
  • You can build strong relationships at multiple levels.
  • Experience in value selling: developing a roadmap, business case, and ROI together with the customer.
  • Ability to articulate the value of the digital solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.
  • The hands-on mentality to deliver business; always looking for creative ways to get things done or to tap into new market opportunities.
  • You are a self-starter and persistent with a high energy level.
  • You have a high level of integrity with an eye for detail.
  • Basic to advanced MS-Word, Excel and PPT skills is must.
  • Good understanding of business terminology, business operations, and financial policies and internal controls.
  • Integrity and high ethical standards and commitment to data privacy.
  • Ability to identify complex issues related to nonstandard transactions and processes, and develop solutions to address relevant situations.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, high pressure and client driven work environment.
  • Basic word processing and spread sheet skills required.
  • US Insurance and domestic IT projects knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); other languages are a plus.
