Project Lead

Location: Remote

Description:

As a Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of our companys mission to gather comprehensive product design specifications and project requirements. You will liaise with a diverse array of subject matter experts, draw from existing project documentation, and host requirement gathering sessions to ensure our projects are rooted in deep understanding and meticulous detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with subject matter experts through interviews, documentation reviews, and focused sessions to gather product design specifications and project requirements.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate data to identify trends, potential issues, and best practices in the market.
- Use data analytics and business acumen to interpret findings, ensuring the highest level of clarity and accuracy.

Project Coordination:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, establishing clear objectives, plans, and deliverables to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including healthcare professionals, IT specialists, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project progression.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.

Communication & Reporting:
- Present findings, solutions, and data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Produce comprehensive reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
- Educate stakeholders on best practices, data insights, and analytical methodologies.

Process Improvement & Technical Expertise:
- Recommend and implement solutions to identified problems, optimizing existing processes and procedures.
- Consult on the development and evaluation of RFPs and RFIs, leveraging a deep understanding of Business Architecture & HealthCare Payer Operations.
- Stay updated on latest tools, trends, and methodologies to enhance clinical operations and other business areas.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Train and educate various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and findings.
- Host group discussions, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related field.
- Proven expertise in data analytics, project management, and business systems analysis.
- Strong proficiency in software packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Expertise in Members Edge/Facets membership systems is a bonus.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean startup-Minimum Viable Product, and outcome-based delivery models preferred.

Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities in academic or professional settings.
- Vendor relationship management proficiency.
- Experience in troubleshooting IT test results and understanding business rules.
