Position Title: Administrative VA (Fluent in Hebrew)

Location: Remote

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant with fluency in Hebrew to assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Communication: Serve as a bridge between English and Hebrew-speaking clients, facilitating smooth and accurate communication through written and verbal channels.
  • Translation Services: Translate documents, emails, and other correspondence from English to Hebrew and vice versa, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, organizing files, and preparing reports in both English and Hebrew.
  • Cultural Liaison: Provide cultural insights and context to facilitate understanding between English and Hebrew -speaking parties, helping to navigate potential cultural differences and nuances.
  • Language Interpretation: Conduct real-time interpretation during virtual meetings, conferences, or phone calls, ensuring effective communication between participants who speak English and Hebrew.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an English and Hebrew -speaking teacher or tutor
  • Proven experience in translating documents, emails, and other materials accurately and efficiently between English and Hebrew, with a strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence in both English and Hebrew.
  • Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and customs of both English-speaking and Hebrew-speaking regions, enabling effective communication and relationship-building across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as email, video conferencing platforms, and document collaboration software. Familiarity with translation software and project management tools is a plus.
