Your missions

This is a remote position.

This job post is open to Philippines residents only.

 

Schedule: Full-time, 40 paid hours per week

• Mondays to Fridays

• 8am to 5pm Central (9pm - 6am Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break *might slightly change depending on target market and state

Client Location/Time zone: Irving, Texas, United States

Job/Company Overview: The prospect's company provides comprehensive advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Their services include digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, PPC, and more.

 

They are in need of a Client Success Support to handle things like sending proposals, tracking orders, and checking in with clients monthly.

 

Job Responsibilities:

● Follow up with clients to ensure campaigns have up-to-date creative content and to keep clients engaged.

● Address any client issues promptly and effectively, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

● Be present and responsive to creative change requests from clients.

● Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email on a monthly basis.

● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay informed about campaign details and client needs.

● Track and report client engagement and satisfaction metrics.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention.

● Continuously update knowledge of our services to effectively assist clients.

 

Requirements:

● Previous experience in customer service, client success, or account management.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.

● Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.

● Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

 

As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
