After recently announcing our $17M Series A, FERMÀT is scaling very quickly.

We are the only Consumer Journey Optimization Platform that turns clicks into conversions. Brands use us to create highly personalized shopping experiences optimized for conversion in under 5 minutes. This is changing the way businesses operate through a content-native shopping platform that empowers brands to drive strong conversions, run experiments with landing pages to improve KPIs, and streamline customer acquisition.

Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role in San Francisco, Sr. Solutions Engineer. The Sr. Solutions Engineer will be responsible for attending customer on-sites (travel), delivering highly valuable product demos, collaborating to improve integrations between various ecommerce tech stacks, managing deals with AEs, and recommending product roadmap direction based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Sales and pre-sales engineering experience

  • 5-10 years of sales engineer experience

  • Excellent collaboration skills with AEs

  • The ability to create new demo processes

  • Think outside the box to improve solution selling

  • Collaborate daily or weekly with product team

  • The ability to eventually hire and retain top talent across the SE organization

  • The ability to manage in the future (if desired, but not mandatory)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also having access to our San Francisco office for increased collaboration

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in the ecommerce or the digital marketing industry is a HUGE plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to thrive with customer on-site presentations around once a month (there will be moderate travel).

  • Be able to raise the bar of our entire team in at least one or two key areas.

Compensation

  • Roughly $220,000 OTE, with a $160,000 base. This may go up or down depending on qualifications.
