This individual will be part of an amazing team that pursues excellence in the quality of services provided to its business clients and maintains the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

Essential Job Functions:

agilon Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Securities will assist with:

  • Supporting agilon’s SEC filings and other corporate regulatory filings, including the proxy statement, 10-K, and Section 16 reports, as well as compliance with listing and governance requirements
  • Corporate governance matters, including Board and Committee support
  • Providing legal support for debt and equity offerings and other transactional corporate matters

Required Qualifications:

  • JD and active license to practice
  • At least five years of relevant corporate experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department with a focus on Securities and Board Governance
  • Team player with high level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, humility, and willingness to grow
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with legal and non-legal audiences at all levels of the organization
  • The ideal candidate must be a confident self-starter who can prioritize and lead multiple tasks and responsibilities with agility, efficiency, and an extremely high attention to detail

Remote - TX

Pay Range:
$129,700.00 - $162,100.00

Salary range shown is a guideline. Individual compensation packages can vary based on factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, experience, and qualifications.
