Your missions

We've raised $30M+ to date and are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Greylock, and QED. Located in SF, NYC, Austin, and Bangalore, we're looking to expand our 35+ person team to build the future of eCommerce!

Role Overview:

As a Product Designer at Fermat, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of e-commerce. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our platform. Your designs will directly contribute to our mission of transforming the way brands connect with their audiences and sell online.

Responsibilities:

  • Design elegant and intuitive user interfaces and experiences across our platform.

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ideate and define product features.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features.

  • Ensure consistency in design language across all digital touchpoints.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including UI/UX design projects.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
